Star Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension until the verification process is completed.
Once your account is registered and verified, you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. This includes bets placed, deposits made and any other transactions. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with any other person.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal manner upon account closure. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Star Game may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you before any deductions are made.
All transactions on Star Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are credited to your Star Game balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest and most reliable method for Pakistan users. Bank transfers and card transactions may take longer to reflect in your account balance depending on your bank's processing times.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. Star Game aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform, though actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider.
Star Game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Star Game operates a strict anti-match-fixing policy. Any suspicion that a player has placed bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome will be investigated and may result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant sports authority.
The Casino section of Star Game includes slot games, table games, video poker and specialty titles. The Live Casino lobby offers real-dealer games including Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack and live game show formats. All casino and live casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed within each game interface.
Casino and live casino games use a random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, a physical deck, wheel or dice operated by a human dealer. If a casino or live casino session is interrupted due to a disconnection, the game round will be settled based on the state of the game at the time of the disconnection, as recorded by the game server. Star Game is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side.
Progressive jackpot games, where available, accumulate across all players participating in those specific titles. Jackpot wins are subject to the game supplier's own verification process and payment timelines before being credited to the winning player's Star Game balance.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Star Game.
The Star Game name, logo and associated branding are proprietary. Unauthorised use of Star Game's brand identity in any context — including social media, third-party websites or marketing materials — is prohibited.
Star Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Star Game's liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's verified account at the time the claim arises. Star Game is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses including lost winnings arising from platform downtime, game errors, connectivity problems or any other technical issue outside Star Game's direct control.
Star Game is not responsible for errors made by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues when contacted through our support channel.
